The AreaSorted booking fee pays for marketplace checkout, booking support, and confirmation handling. It is separate from the selected provider's service price and is shown before checkout.

All mandatory charges based on the information supplied are itemised before checkout. A provider may only propose an extra charge if the scope materially differs or you request extra work, and you must agree before it is charged. If a booking never reaches provider confirmation, the temporary card hold is released.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel a booking from your account dashboard while the booking is awaiting provider confirmation or still upcoming. If the booking has not yet been confirmed, the card hold is released. If payment has already been captured, the cancellation and refund policy applies.

Yes. You can reschedule from your booking details page. The new date must be at least one day in advance, and you can select a new time slot between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
